Steaming demo - Week #27

This week I worked on the offline Steam build of the game.
I had to get the Steam SDK up and running, support the overlay and I also added a few achievements.
On Tuesday I released the Windows build and on Friday the Linux build, which was a bit trickier to get up and running.
I got more feedback and bug reports and patched up the game a few times.
Here are some of the updates:
- Added magnify glass icon when hovering items that can be further observed (multi tool, walkie talkie, etc).
- Removed typewriter effect on subtitles.
- Some dialogues updates.
- New music for the first scene of the intro.
- Polished Mikey's back view walking animation.
- First run starts in full screen + remember full screen state when reopening game.
Bugs fixed:
- Burger card question not appearing when talking to Koco.
- Inventory UI buttons appeared out of place when loading a saved game.
- Mikey's shadow would mirror when performing certain actions that include dialogues.
- Combining items might mess up item alignment. It was not game breaking, closing and opening the inventory fixes it, but now it shouldn't happen at all.
- Dialogue texts file updates were not reloaded when loading a saved game.
- Fixed some bugs with the crab puzzle (no spoilers) and also made it a bit easier.
